Working with M-CAD and Civil Engineering teams for cable harness and layout planning.
Designing and sizing of Transformers / Switchgear and Downstream Electrical equipment’s.
Should be aware of Installation feasibility study / Testing and Commissioning of Electrical and Instrumentation equipment’s.
Front end the design team and supporting the application, field service and NPI/NPD teams.
Preparation of Load Lists
Electrical switchgear selection for single and aggregate of hydrogen electrolyzer plants ranging from 500kW to 1000 MW scale.
Preparation of Interconnection schedules with Controllers / PLC / DCS.
Sizing of UPS / Battery Banks and Battery Chargers.
Power System design and validation using ETAP.
Reviewing P&ID and preparing the electrical wiring diagrams and SLDs.
Planning and Designing process related electrical and communication wiring and troubleshooting.
Cable Sizing and Preparation of Cable Schedules / Cable routing and Cable support validation.
