The manager will oversee daily remanufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, equipment uptime, and compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising staffing, monitoring metrics, and driving continuous‑improvement activities within the e‑reman manufacturing business. The role also involves training employees on key processes and coordinating product launches.
The ideal candidate will hold at least an Associate’s Degree, with a Bachelor’s in Manufacturing or Engineering Technology preferred, and have a minimum of three years' experience managing hourly manufacturing staff. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship and reside within 50 miles of Indianapolis, Indiana, unless they are active‑duty military. Relevant experience includes OEM electronics remanufacturing, mechanical hands‑on aptitude, ERP systems proficiency, and Spanish bilingualism.
