Schedule Risk Analysis – Undertake Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA)
Integrated Scheduling – Develop and maintain a unified programme schedule across multiple delivery streams.
Schedule Baseline Management – Facilitate the establishment and maintenance of schedule baselines across workstreams.
Critical Path Reviews – Lead monthly reviews of the critical path and programme status with stakeholders.
Schedule Alignment – Analyse and report on alignment between interfacing project schedules.
Progress Analysis – Conduct monthly reviews of progress against planned activities and forecast dates and undertake Earned Value Management (EVM) to assess perfromance.
Schedule Updates – Import and manage contractor schedules using Primavera P6.

Primavera P6 Expertise – Proficient in using P6 for schedule development and updates.
Infrastructure Experience – Background in infrastructure or capital project delivery for major transport projects.
