- Process weekly check-runs / disbursements.
- Perform AP related accruals and other month-end related journal entries.
- Expedite special payment requests and follow-through on vendor issues. Job Requirements / Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Perform Bank Reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate entries to the GL.
- Review, audit and enter weekly expense reports while ensuring the company travel policy is being followed.
- Interact and assist internal and external customers with inquiries, problem resolution, training and other informational requests.

- 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable.
