- Oversee general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist in maintaining SOX compliance.
- Stay current with evolving accounting regulations and best practices.
- Review and analyze financial data and reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Coordinate internal and external audit requests, including preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Supervise, mentor, and lead a team of accounting professionals (e.g., Staff Accountants, Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialists).
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, HR) to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools.
