- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Keep the job site clean and safe at all times.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation (TDLR) standards.
- Coordinate with other residential trades and site supervisors to maintain schedules and quality.

- OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
- Experience in single-family home residential builds.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied conditions, including outdoor weather, heights, and confined spaces.
- Active new construction residential sites in and around San Antonio, with exposure to outdoor weather, elevated heights, and operation of power tools and equipment.
- 1 year of residential electrical installation experience.
- Current and active Texas Residential Wireman License issued by the TDLR.
- Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic: punctual, dependable, positive attitude, and a team player.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing instruments.
