  • Develop transition strategies and implementation plans for the deployment of new network architecture designs.
  • Lead system architecture design, network configuration, server management, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure high availability and performance across all systems and locations.
  • Develop and execute the IT infrastructure roadmap aligned with business and construction project needs.
  • Perform hands-on work in virtualization (VMware), cloud services (Azure), identity management (Entra ID), and networking (Meraki).
  • Drive adoption of best practices and least privilege methodology to protect critical data.
  • Keep up with current and emerging tech that could resolve business problems, research options and make recommendations as needed.
  • Assess current network infrastructure and make recommendations as needed to meet company objectives/goals.
  • Utilizing PMO, collaborates with the business, coordinates, schedules and manages the process of transitioning from existing to new platforms and systems, using integrated solutions when needed or to solve specific business problems.
  • Responsible for overseeing development and maintenance of all network and systems documentation including network diagrams and system administration processes and procedures.
  • Install, configure, support and maintain multiple complex network service devices, telecommunications and LAN/WAN/WLAN/SDWan hardware and software.
  • Lead infrastructure modernization efforts including cloud adoption, network upgrades, and mobile workforce enablement.
  • Provide support and resolution to T3 tickets escalated by T2 team, triaging support from vendors as needed.
  • Oversee data centers, cloud platforms, network infrastructure, storage systems, and disaster recovery.
  • Lead and/or manage projects ensuring network technology standards and baselines are in place and security practices are followed

  • 8–10+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3–5 years in infrastructure leadership.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer science or Information Technology preferred or 10+ years of equivalent experience.
  • Approach all problems and projects with a high level of professionalism, objectivity and an open mind to new ideas and solutions.
  • 5+ years of strong proficiency in configuring, deploying and troubleshooting all the following: DNS, TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs, SDWAN, Routing and Switching in a multilayered environment.
  • 5+ years of experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, M365 administration and troubleshooting experience including Azure/Entra and Microsoft 2019 & 2022
  • Knowledge of CMMC standards and integration of standards
  • 5+ years of experience VMware development/configuration/support including storage configuration.
  • 5+ years of experience with network administration and support, knowledge of network services availability, performance, and security with remote enterprise support to multiple locations required. This includes ensuring appropriate network performance, capacity, resiliency and redundancy.
