- Réaliser des inspections hebdomadaires pour assurer la conformité et le bon fonctionnement.
- Suivre les indicateurs de production et remplir les tableaux d'arrêt de production.
- Superviser le bon fonctionnement et la production du centre de tri.
- Remplir les rapports d’accident et soutenir l’enquête en cas d’incident.
- Assurer le nettoyage et la calibration des balances.
- Faciliter la communication avec les autres départements et appuyer la gestion des relations avec la ville de Montréal.
- Gérer la maintenance et entrer les données dans le système M5.
- Assurer la conformité des procédures de santé et sécurité, réaliser des réunions quotidiennes avec l’équipe.
- Commander les pièces nécessaires et assurer leur suivi.
- Maintenir une communication efficace avec les équipes de soir.
- Participer aux rencontres hebdomadaires de production et à l’amélioration continue du centre de tri.
- Assurer la formation continue des opérateurs et le suivi des registres de formation.
- Ajuster les horaires en fonction des volumes de travail et évaluer le personnel sous sa responsabilité.
- Participer activement au comité santé et sécurité pour prévenir les risques.
