Monitor and enforce architectural and platform governance policies for the low-code environment to ensure consistency, quality, and security.
You will contribute to the solution design for B2B web and mobile applications, translating business requirements into well-designed, scalable, and secure application features.
Assist and support with the Head of Digital Services to shape the long-term technical roadmap, ensuring digital initiatives are architecturally sound and aligned with business goals.
Provide technical guidance to junior/outsourced developers and promote agile methodologies and best practices within the project team.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure maintenance, support, and system enhancements comply with service level agreements.
Collaborate with and provide technical oversight to internal teams and external vendors to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
Define and track KPIs related to the low-code platform's usage and effectiveness to drive process improvements.
Continuously refine and improve business and IT processes based on performance metrics and user feedback.
Lead the delivery of B2B application development projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from ideation and business case development to deployment and support.
Perform rigorous program and change management to ensure delivered solutions meet all functional, performance, privacy, and operational requirements.

Strong practical knowledge of both DevSecOps principles (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automated security) and IT Service Management (incident, problem, and change management).
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills; self-motivated and effective in a team.
An accredited degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
Possession of low code platform certifications (e.g., Architecture Specialist, Professional/Expert Developer) is highly desirable, demonstrating hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying robust applications on the platform.
Hands on experience in architecting and delivering enterprise digital solutions using low-code development platforms.
Have at least 3-5 years of working experience, with a significant portion focused on solution development and technical design, preferably in large corporations with customer-facing, business-critical IT systems.
Excellent communication, verbal, written, and presentation skills to effectively describe and defend architectural decisions and proposed solutions to internal and external parties.
