The Account Executive (AE) role combines direct sales and customer service, managing the entire customer experience from prospecting to project completion. Responsibilities include generating new business, meeting with insurance adjusters, submitting documentation, and coordinating with internal teams such as Project Coordinators, Supplements, and Production. AEs must upload contracts, photos, measurements, and notes into the CRM promptly to support workflow and ensure high‑quality service.
- Generate new business through door‑to‑door outreach, inspections, and meet monthly sales quota.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing consistent follow‑up and high‑quality service.
- Meet with insurance adjusters, document scope of work, and promptly upload files, photos, and notes to company systems.
- Collaborate with Project Coordinators, Production, and Supplement teams to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays, to meet customer needs and project timelines.
- Represent Legacy with company‑branded apparel and vehicle decals on personal vehicles.
- Perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, walking roofs, and working in various weather conditions.
- Attend all required company and sales team meetings and trainings.
- Uphold Legacy Core Values in all interactions with customers and teammates.
