- Implement systems and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate risk assessment and safety inspections for non-routine and high hazard job tasks.
- Review and approve engineering design reports and specifications for compliance with environmental laws.
- Coordinate and facilitate all safety, health, and environmental training for the site.
- Assist in maintaining ISO 140001 certifications and daily implementation.
- Develop and maintain lockout tagout (LOTO) control procedures in compliance with OSHA's hazardous energy control requirements.
- Promote behavior-based safety reporting and contribute to program improvements.
- Ensure thorough investigation of all incidents in coordination with Safety and Health Site leadership.
- Coach and develop line supervision to be effective SHE leaders.
- Foster and develop a safety culture where safety, health, and environment are core values.
- Analyze SHE conditions and recommend improvements to achieve world-class performance.
- Develop and implement SOPs in compliance with company standards and federal, state, and local regulations.

- 2-3 years of experience in coordinating Safety, Health, and Environmental sustainability in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and/or Power BI.
- Professional certifications in SHE-related fields such as ASP, CSP, GSP, CIH are beneficial.
- Familiarity with OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations and their application to site operations.
- Bachelor's degree in environmental and/or safety subject area or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of machine guarding and dust assessment.
