Payroll Manager

Description

Own and lead a complex payroll function in a growing national business—autonomous, hands-on role with real impact and strong support.

• Run weekly end-to-end payroll with accuracy and compliance
• Handle terminations, adjustments, month-end and EOFY processing
• Maintain payroll systems, T&A and internal audits
• Engage confidently with senior stakeholders and employees
• Manage statutory obligations including PAYG, Super, WorkCover, LSL and reporting

Due to continued growth, we’re seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to take full ownership of our end-to-end payroll function. This is a hands-on leadership role within our established Finance and HR team, supporting our most valuable asset—our people.

You’re an experienced, confident payroll professional who enjoys autonomy and accountability. You bring strong payroll compliance knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach.
