Implement & optimize Business Central supply chain modules for clients
Customize functionalities and workflows to meet the specific needs of each client's supply chain operations.
Document requirements and prepare detailed functional specifications for development teams.
Contribute to project teams through workshops and ERP implementations: Lead the configuration of core Business Central supply chain modules, including Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Purchase Orders Processing, Bill of Materials, Routings, Production Planning, Production Order processing and Sales Order Processing.
Knowledge Sharing and Innovation: Engage in knowledge sharing initiatives within the team, contributing to a collaborative, and learning environment.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction through Business Central implementation.
Perform business requirement analysis, consulting and documentation: Partner with clients to understand their unique supply chain challenges and opportunities.
Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing questions, trouble-shooting issues, and offering guidance on optimal usage.
Integrate Business Central with other relevant systems, such as WMS, EDI, and manufacturing control systems.
Train and hand-hold users on new process and BC functionality: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for clients on navigating and utilizing Business Central's supply chain functionalities.
Analyze requirements and map client needs to the capabilities of Business Central's supply chain modules.
Develop data conversion and testing strategies.
Actively share your expertise and contribute to the continuous improvement of Business Central's supply chain functionality and implementation techniques.
Leads pre-sales activities, providing expertise in supply chain modules during client engagements.
Proactively identify areas for improvement in client processes and recommend continuous optimization strategies.
Collaborates with product teams to influence the development of supply chain-related features.
Design optimal solutions for inventory management, warehouse management, purchasing, production planning, sales, and logistics.
Provide pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support.
Stay up to date with the latest developments in Business Central and the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, actively seeking opportunities to leverage them for client benefit.
Manage data conversions and ensure accurate migration of supply chain data to the new system.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related fields, with in depth knowledge of Supply Chain management principles and best practices.
Extensive expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with a focus on supply chain modules.
Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirement gathering skills.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and solutions.
Basic Microsoft SQL Server understanding would be an added advantage.
Ability to understand, communicate on all levels in an organization, interpret client business processes and requirements.
Exposure to Operational aspects and/or any BC add-on for Quality Management, Plant Maintenance, Logistics, CAD/CAM Integrations etc. will be a plus.
5+ years of experience working in a supply chain role, with proven success in ERP system implementations, preferably NAV/BC.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines effectively.
Knowledge of process diagrams, flow charts and Visio will be an added advantage.
Basic Microsoft SQL Server understanding would be an added advantage. Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirement gathering skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex supply chain concepts clearly and concisely to clients with diverse backgrounds.
Excellent business communication skills with effective presentation and demonstration skills
Additional functional knowledge of the BC modules including Finance, Projects, Service Management is a plus.
Knowledge of India taxation - GST, TDS, e-Invoicing, e-Way Bills etc. is required.
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
Candidates with Microsoft certifications are preferred.
