Assist with jobsite orientations for new personnel and contribute to incident investigations and case management as needed.
Perform daily field walks to evaluate safety program effectiveness and coach teams on improvement opportunities.

Participate in regulatory inspections and support compliance with state and federal requirements.

Provide constructive safety feedback to project leadership and recognize safe behaviors across the workforce.

Experience working with a union workforce strongly preferred.
Minimum 3 years of construction safety experience, preferably on large-scale or technical projects.
