Proven ability to manage external stakeholders, including clients, lenders, and OEMs, ensuring alignment and successful project outcomes.
Proven ability to prepare and review detailed engineering reports, drawings, and BOQs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
In-depth knowledge of solar photovoltaic technologies, system components, and advanced design methodologies.
Experience working in multi-cultural, global environments, collaborating effectively across diverse teams and geographies.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Expert proficiency in PVsyst and AutoCAD, with ability to guide team members on best practices and advanced modelling techniques.
4-10 years of progressive experience in solar energy system design, installation, and project execution, with demonstrated leadership in technical teams.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
The position is based in Pune and business trips may be envisaged in India & overseas.
