The Production Manager will monitor daily performance of installation and production staff and subcontractor crews, maintain quality control from product ordering through delivery and installation, handle hiring and terminations, review strategies to improve efficiency, and assist with customer complaint resolutions while ensuring prompt communication with crews and customers.
Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, at least five years of residential remodeling experience focused on replacement windows, two years of project management experience, proven conflict‑resolution abilities, and strong communication and customer service skills.
