Tasks

-Maintain accurate documentation and escalate feedback or service issues to ensure continuous improvement. -Coordinate and manage all stages of the Work Order Management Lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and closure. -Monitor and analyse work order trends, proactively identifying solutions to improve timeliness and efficiency. -Liaise with Service Delivery Providers and internal stakeholders to meet contractual KPIs and improve service outcomes. -Represent Downer professionally in all forums and contribute to quarterly performance reviews and team collaboration.

What You Bring

-Strong experience in operational maintenance delivery and data analysis. -Proactive approach is crucial to manage tight deadlines and coordinating tradespeople. -Time management skills are crucial ensuring high priority work orders are managed through to completion. -Advanced computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office, and strong organisational skills. -Trades qualification would be advantageous, or experience within residential property maintenance. -Proven ability to set priorities, solve problems, and deliver outcomes under pressure.
