The role ensures efficient boiler performance, compliance with safety standards, and overall reliability of the heating systems. Compensation is $38.26 per hour plus $4.93 per hour in fringe benefits toward insurance and 401(k).
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent, possess at least five years of boiler maintenance experience, and have technical training or certification in boiler systems. A valid driver’s license, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check are required. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lb, working in confined spaces, and operating in varied indoor and outdoor temperatures.
