Your day‑to‑day will involve relocating and reconfiguring office equipment and furniture, assembling modular workstations, installing shelves and whiteboards, handling minor repairs, creating and managing office keys, and documenting work orders in SAP while following safety protocols.
We are seeking a motivated Move Technician/Carpenter to join our team in Franklin Lakes, NJ. In this role you will execute workplace relocations, assemble and disassemble office furniture, and perform various facility‑maintenance tasks, offering a hands‑on career path in facilities management.
Required qualifications include a high‑school diploma or equivalent, basic knowledge of hand and power tools, ability to read furniture assembly instructions, strong problem‑solving and attention to detail, physical ability to lift 50 pounds, reliable transportation, and good communication skills. Preferred experience in facilities maintenance, moving, or furniture assembly is a plus.

The position offers an estimated compensation range of $49,100 – $60,100 per year and does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
