We are seeking a Safety Director to lead and elevate our safety program across multiple electrical construction projects, including commercial, mission-critical and data center environments. This individual will oversee company wide safety strategy, enforce regulatory compliance, and foster a proactive, solutions-focused safety culture.

  • Mentor and develop safety personnel and site leaders to strengthen accountability and engagement.
  • Develop and implement company-wide safety policies, training programs, and emergency response procedures.
  • Serve as a key advisor to project and field leadership on safety planning, procedures, and execution.
  • Represent the company during client safety meetings, audits, and regulatory interactions.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to drive continuous improvement in safety performance and culture.
  • Conduct regular jobsite audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Lead investigations of incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, ensuring root causes are addressed.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and all applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations.
  • Oversee and direct all corporate and project-level safety initiatives across multiple job sites.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, in depth knowledge of OSHA and NFPA 70E standards, and prior field experience in electrical construction, ensuring practical, hands-on understanding of site operations and safety challenges.

  • Prior field experience in electrical construction required; background as a field supervisor, foreman, or technician strongly preferred.
  • OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, and First Aid/CPR certifications required; CHST, CSP, or CSHO credentials highly desirable.
  • 8+ years of construction safety experience, including 4+ years within electrical or MEP contracting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage safety programs across multiple concurrent projects.
