In this senior analyst role you will act as the functional lead for key ERP modules, collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather and document requirements, and ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines. You will also be responsible for system testing, training, day‑to‑day support, and facilitating reports and data migration activities.
- Lead functional implementation of CRM, Projects, Resource Scheduling and Budgeting modules.
- Gather and document functional requirements from operations, finance, HR, and business development.
- Analyze business processes and recommend optimization through configuration or automation.
- Translate requirements into system specifications, process flows, and configuration documentation.
- Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training activities.
- Provide day‑to‑day application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Manage changes, upgrades, and new releases with vendors, implementation partners, and internal teams.
- Assist with report design and data analysis using Power BI, Maconomy BI, or Cognos.
- Support data migration, validation, and system integration efforts.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Systems Analyst to lead the implementation, support, and optimization of our ERP landscape, focusing on Deltek Maconomy and Deltek Vantagepoint platforms. The role requires a strong understanding of professional services workflows and hands‑on expertise across core modules such as Projects & Resource Management, Budgeting, and CRM, and will bridge business requirements with system capabilities to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and brings at least five years of ERP implementation and support experience, particularly with Deltek solutions. They must possess deep knowledge of resource management, budgeting, and CRM modules, strong documentation skills, stakeholder engagement abilities, and proficiency with SQL and reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of ERP implementation and support experience, specifically with Deltek Maconomy or Vantagepoint.
- Hands‑on experience with Resource Management/People Planner, Budgeting/Forecasting, and CRM/Opportunity Management modules.
- Strong understanding of project‑based professional services operations.
- Ability to produce detailed functional specifications, test scripts, and process maps.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and requirement translation skills.
- Proficiency with SQL and reporting tools such as Power BI, Cognos, or Maconomy BI.
- Experience with system integration and APIs (e.g., Workato) is a plus.
