Technical Executive

Description

The Facilities Executive role, based on‑site in Bengaluru, focuses on ensuring seamless daily operations, addressing site issues, managing work orders, maintaining records, and upholding health‑and‑safety standards through a Facility Management Safety Plan.

In this position you will lead a team of experts, coordinate with key stakeholders, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and negotiate contracts while building lasting client relationships by understanding their business needs.

• Ensure smooth, orderly site operations and resolve daily site issues.
• Manage work orders, timesheets, and reporting records.
• Implement and maintain the Facility Management Safety Plan in line with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Lead and develop a team of experts, coordinating with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with contractors and suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs.

Requirements

We seek candidates with certified building‑related qualifications, extensive site‑supervision experience across commercial, hotel, industrial or retail fit‑outs, strong leadership, a continuous‑learning mindset, and excellent communication skills.

• Hold a certified professional qualification in a building‑related discipline.
• Demonstrate extensive site‑management experience across commercial, hotel, industrial or retail fit‑out projects.
• Exhibit strong leadership, continuous‑learning attitude, and superior interpersonal and communication skills.
