Manage key vendors to ensure optimal delivery for JCB
Develop and maintain Engineering Systems annual budget (including licence management)
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the global Engineering function (esp. UK and India), including Group Engineering Director and Chief Category Engineers
Define and deliver the vision and strategy for the use of engineering systems within JCB, informed by strategic business priorities such as accelerating the innovation cycle and reducing parts complexity
Seek out and adopt new technologies (inc. support for the digital thread, simulation tools, AI) to support business objectives
Manage the PLM applications and their lifecyle, shape and deliver the development roadmap in alignment with Engineering priorities
Provide inspirational leadership for the Engineering Systems team and more broadly across the Group IT function
