Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree
You have excellent customer service and effective communication (both written & verbal). Including the ability to translate technical concepts to people without technical expertise.
You have the ability to manage your workload to meet deadlines.
You are self-motivated and resourceful, with strong interpersonal skills; able to work individually as well as with a team.
1+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Project Management or Software Implementation (as a vendor or customer). Knowledge of software, development and implementation practices is strongly preferred.
You will have the ability to document technical concepts in written form.
Experience with APIs, SQL, or SAAS (Software as a Service) software implementation is preferred.
You are highly organized with strong attentive to detail and excellent follow-through. You are agile and able to adapt to changing demands and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
You are able to obtain a passport that allows for travel outside of the US is required. Travel can range anywhere from 10-25% domestically (generally).
Experience with Waterfall or Agile project methodologies preferred.
