Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues ??
Carry out statutory and routine PPMs and reactive maintenance across various sites ???
Keep clients informed with regular updates and feedback ??
Keep Maximo (CAFM system) updated via tablet and ensure timesheets are complete ??
Participate in out-of-hours call-out rota as required ??
Support safe delivery of all works, including those by service partners ??
Provide expert advice and technical support to clients and colleagues ??
Work closely with Account Support, Supervisors, Managers, and Sub-Contractors ??
Accurately record time and materials for minor works and assist with quoting ??

Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively ???
