  • Implement and configure ServiceNow GRC modules including:
  • Design and deliver risk and compliance dashboards for executive leadership visibility.
  • Provide actionable insights into key metrics such as control effectiveness, risk exposure, and policy compliance status.
  • Customize workflows, dashboards, and reporting structures to align with organizational governance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, COBIT).
  • Influence and drive change at the executive level through effective collaboration with the C-suite.
  • Streamline manual governance and audit tasks through automation.
  • Work with risk officers, auditors, compliance teams, and IT to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Develop automated controls, risk, and compliance tracking processes.
  • Translate business and compliance requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
  • Provide training and ongoing support for GRC users.

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow GRC Consultant to join a high-impact, 6-month project in Switzerland. In this role, you will work closely with the C-suite and key stakeholders to implement and optimize ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules, driving tangible change across the organization’s governance and compliance processes

1. ServiceNow GRC Implementation & Configuration

  • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT).
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform administration and development, particularly GRC modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of governance, risk, and regulatory compliance processes.
  • Experience designing workflows and data models in ServiceNow.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills to bridge technical and business perspectives.
