As a Customer Field Technician, you will play a vital role working on Customer Service field tasks across potentially all nbn technologies. This is an autonomous role where you will be responsible for installation, repair and maintenance of nbn products and services. You’ll have the opportunity to work in multiple environments both internal and external but predominantly inside the customer’s premises.
Please note, this is a permanent role. To be eligible for this role, you must have full working rights in Australia.
A large part of this role is working in customer’s premises, so it will also be important you have exceptional customer service skills and can display honesty and integrity while being self-managed and motivated.
The preferred candidate will be required to undertake a Criminal History Check and a Pre-Employment Medical Assessment to assess their ability to perform the genuine occupational requirements of the position.
** We are looking for candidates based in the Melbourne Metro West and North area**
We will also be looking for a current & clean Driver’s License and strong and personable communication skills, both written and verbal.
We’re seeking both experienced candidates as well as those with transferable skill from a communication cabling or electrical background and who are keen to explore a new career in the telco sector.
