Proficiency in Bentley OpenRoads, MicroStation, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in civil engineering or related field from an accredited institution
Illinois PE or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to project delivery
Hands-on roadway design experience with IDOT, Tollway, or local agencies
At least 4 years of relevant roadway design experience
Professional Engineer (PE) license
