Prepare the Request for Information (RFI) document to be circulated to potential partners
Track partner performance and conduct timely reviews to ensure quality, timelines and budgetary considerations; Escalate instances of non-performances
Support in designing the automation initiatives aligned to the Group Security Strategy Roadmap to improve the gaps identified through diagnostic tests
Manage contracting processes to get the select partner on board
Partner with IT Team to deliver automation or technology enhancement projects
Support in formulating policy framework and matrices for updating Security Automation equipment and applications
Engage with the business security team to understand their security technology requirements and subsequent automation needs
Participate in technology evaluation meetings to discuss relevance of current systems and applications
Manage the execution of the organisation-wide diagnostic tests to evaluate the maturity of security processes; Identify technological interventions to drive process excellence
Lead execution of all phases of the project at the site-level; Deploy the new systems and applications, and facilitate training sessions in collaboration with the technology partner at the sites to ensure seamless adoption
Monitor adherence to project budgets through continuous review; Address budget overruns/ deficit, if any
Interact with technology partners and build strategic relationships with them
Manage the procurement of the required automation initiative
Provide support in collecting and analysing cost data for monetary evaluations of proposed projects through cost analysis, budget estimation and ROI analysis
