The client will cover travel to and from site for your onsite weeks
Ensuring all works meet required technical and safety standards
Programme management including monitoring progress and driving delivery
12 month contract to lead the final year of a major project
Managing remaining change risk and early warnings
Leading the close out of all project stages through to handover
Oversight of design integration, construction and commissioning activities
Client reporting on progress cost and risk
Coordinating engineering construction and commissioning teams
Experience managing close out commissioning or final delivery phases
Previous Sub-Station experience is essential
Travel covered to and from site
Excellent understanding of substation safety CDM and high voltage environments
Strong commercial awareness and client facing skills
I am looking for a Senior Project Manager with solid substation and transmission experience to support the close out of a key project in Cornwall. The scheme has around 12 months remaining so the successful candidate must be confident taking ownership of the final stages through to handover
Strong background in design and build delivery and leading multi discipline teams
You must be able to commit to one week on site and one week working from home or two weeks on site every month
You can be based anywhere in the UK
