Engage with the client and contractors to ensure the temporary works are designed, checked and implemented on site in accordance with relevant drawings, specifications and safety standards
Propose technical solutions to support installation and the supporting temporary works
Submit material needs to procurement and logistics in timely manner
Coordinate with multi-location and multi-national teams
Provide input into Risk assessments and Method statements
Ensure compliance with UK construction codes and standards
Delegate and organise tasks to align with the temporary works schedule.
Ensure any proposed changes in material or construction are assessed and ensure any agreed changes/corrections are carried out.
Prepare, maintain and regularly review the Temporary Works register to ensure all temporary works and the assigned level of risk is included.
Design safe, compliant and cost-effective solutions
Manage and monitor all temporary works to ensure delivery in line with Bilfinger UK HSEQ policy
Work closely with the Site Engineering and Installation team
Coordinate and supervise all types of temporary works in line with Bilfinger’s Temporary works procedures, ensuring safe erection, use, maintenance and dismantling of temporary work.
