- Cross-training and the ability to work on a variety of projects.
- Ability to grow an existing bustling practice in one of the following areas: brownfields redevelopment, groundwater/soil characterization and remediation, landfill engineering, or water resources;
- Experience with oil & gas, manufacturing industries, utilities, landfills, and chlorinated solvent sites highly desired, Potentially Responsible Parties (PRP) groups, municipalities. (preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience with environmental/remediation services, including technical writing, technical oversight, project management, business development, and staff management.
- Proven track record of mentoring and developing staff. (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven track record in business development and project management experience, a plus.
- 40-hour HAZWOPER certification.
- BS in Engineering. Master's degree is preferred.
