The Project Governance and Assurance Manager role is a permanent full‑time position based in Adelaide, reporting on project safety, compliance and continuous improvement across the lifecycle. The role provides independent oversight, establishes decision‑making frameworks, and leads governance, risk and SOX compliance activities, working closely with operational units and cross‑functional teams.
- Maintain and continuously improve the project governance and assurance framework.
- Implement governance enhancements throughout the project lifecycle per the integrated delivery model.
- Attend and contribute to all project status reviews, driving feedback and improvement.
- Own SOX compliance for all projects.
- Lead support resources and organise “watch list” project reviews.
- Provide project management leadership, guidance and support to operational units.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
- Facilitate communication and coordination to increase overall project efficiency.
- Ensure projects meet industry standards, company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Review and update project documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Apply industry knowledge to offer valuable insights to project teams.
- Maintain an active NV1 Defence Security Clearance (or higher).

Candidates must hold an AGSVA NV1 security clearance, have engineering or business qualifications, a project‑management certification, and at least ten years of relevant experience.
