The company is hiring experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment in telecom shelters on cell‑tower sites. This fast‑paced, regional role is based in Greensboro, North Carolina, and is ideal for responsible, self‑directed individuals who are motivated, willing to travel, and eager to grow within the telecom industry.
- Hold Level 2 or Universal EPA certification.
- Possess 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience, preferably commercial.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration.
- Communicate effectively verbally and via email.
- Be available for occasional weekend and after‑hours call‑outs.
- Lift/move equipment up to 50 lb and pass a DOT physical.
Benefits
Compensation is hourly, ranging from $30 to $38 based on experience, with eligibility for performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool and fuel stipends, a company vehicle, and per‑diem allowances.
