Minimum of 10 years of corporate real estate experience working across multiple functions including project/program management, facilities management, financial planning, and corporate strategy.
Ability to analyze and communicate data to clients and teams, think logically, organize workflows efficiently, and solve problems independently.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in accounting, business, architecture, engineering, or construction management is strongly preferred. MBA preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Expertise and fluidity in Microsoft Office tools including Project, PowerPoint, and Excel. Strong understanding with InGenious.
Travel required for project work as needed, up to 40% at times
Experience with infrastructure and large complex projects is strongly preferred.
7+ years of expertise in real estate and construction program/process management. PMP, PgMP, and Six Sigma designations are strongly preferred.
Hybrid role - required in Charlotte office location 3x per week minimum
Demonstrated high level of performance in project scope development and budgeting, with a broad background of project type and size preferred.
