Civil Engineer PE - Columbus, Ohio (Land/Site Development)

Description

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project teams in preparing and completing construction documents and related deliverables.
• Work with municipalities to obtain permits and ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
• Site grading and drainage
• Perform civil engineering design tasks, including:
• Assist in the design and execution of civil infrastructure and site development projects for public and private sector clients.

Requirements

• Stormwater management design, including retention/detention facilities
• 5 or more years working on civil development projects for the private and/or public sector
• Professional Engineer (PE) Certification
• Experience working with internal or external Teams as well as stakeholders, and can develop positive relationships with all parties
• Utility sizing and layout
• Detailed knowledge of relevant national/state standards and codes of practice
