Address any client concerns or design alterations as needed.
Utilize advanced CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D) to produce high-quality design documents.
Mentor and train junior CAD designers and drafters on best practices and technical skills.
Coordinate with engineers and other team members to ensure design intent is accurately captured.
Provide technical guidance and support to the project team throughout the design and review process.
Develop detailed CAD drawings and designs for residential development projects, including site plans, subdivisions, grading plans, and utility layouts.
Review and verify the accuracy of drawings and designs.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Share knowledge and promote continuous improvement within the team.
Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on design progress.
Ensure drawings meet all relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.
Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
