CCMS Coordinator

Description

• Administer and coordinate the CCMS system in line with project governance requirements.
• Oversee and facilitate on-site CCMS and handover activities.
• Provide coordination, support, and governance for punch listing processes.
• Support completions teams and CCMS processes.
• Validate work packs and test packs for shutdowns and tie-ins.
• Create, assist, or validate plans and procedures; streamline and improve work processes.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced CCMS Coordinator to join our team on the Hope Downs 1 Sustaining Project. This role is responsible for overseeing and facilitating on-site CCMS and handover activities, ensuring compliance with procedural and governance requirements, and supporting completions teams throughout the project lifecycle.
