Tasks

-Delivering exceptional customer service -Maintaining suitable records -The installations and removals of stairlifts -Resolving issues to customer satisfaction -Responsibility for checking lift specification when loading ensuring the suitability with the end user. -Maintain a high level of customer service. -Develop and maintain an appropriate level of technical knowledge of products. -Working within customer’s homes -Collecting stairlifts and equipment from the depot to deliver to site.
