Use property systems and spreadsheets to support reporting and workflow
Provide friendly customer service to residents, contractors and colleagues
Support contractors with information and escalate issues when required
Coordinate routine and cyclical property maintenance requests
Track job completion and ensure compliance with legislation and policy
Issue work orders, manage purchase orders and process invoices on time
Assist with utility accounts, rebates and accurate data entry

Experience in housing, facilities or the community sector is welcome but not essential.
Experience in administration, property coordination, facilities, customer service or a similar role
Ability to balance competing priorities and deliver high quality work
Ability to work with purchase orders, invoices and record-keeping
Strong communication skills and confidence handling phone queries
Good Excel skills and an eye for detail
