Assist Subcontracts department with admin, tracking, reporting, and invoicing tasks

Tasks

-Participating to correspondence related to the Subcontract -Tracking & Expediting of all supporting documents used as back-up for invoicing, as well as processing internal payment approval sheets. -Planning and organizing subcontracting meetings, issuance of Minutes of Meetings, etc. -Follow-up of letters with Subcontractors: tracking, drafting, expediting, etc. -Assisting the Subcontracts department in all administration tasks -Assisting for overall reporting to Management -Chasing monthly reports & various forecasts update from all Subcontractors -Being involved in controlling the progress for invoicing by the Subcontractors (timesheets, etc.) -Carry out overall assistance and comprehensive support accomplishing miscellaneous tasks on behalf of Subcontracts Manager and Lead Subcontracts Administrators

Requirements
