Hire, train and develop maintenance crews to work efficiently and safely.
Use industry technology to manage teams, schedule crews, track hours, and stay on budget.
Serve as the main client contact, meeting proactively and acting as a consultative expert.
Design and propose creative enhancements to existing landscapes.
Assist the sales team in winning new work to expand the book of business.
Coordinate with Irrigation, Fert/Spray, Safety, and Field Support to ensure seamless workflow.
Work with high‑profile customers, sites, and landscape projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Turfgrass or related field preferred; associate degree or relevant experience also considered.
Proven landscape experience with strong plant knowledge.
Enjoy tackling challenges such as weather, budgets, and staffing constraints.
Comfortably communicate with people of all backgrounds, from crews to senior executives.
Spanish language skills are a plus.
Equipped with top‑professional equipment.
