At least 3-5 years of experience in program coordination, youth services, or data management
High School diploma or equivalent with some college or BA/BS degree in education or related field (additional education may substitute for experience)
3-5 years of experience in database management, service delivery, or related field. Specific experience with CTK, Workforce 1, Infinite Campus, and/or LaunchPad
Professional youth work experience with either Leadership or community partnership experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse youth populations, families, and employer partners
