Team Development: Build and grow a specialized team of electrical engineers and designers focused on mission critical projects. Team members will report directly to you, with full support from regional leadership.
Client Development & Support: Support and expand key projects while pursuing and winning new clients and projects in the mission critical market sector.
Collaboration & Resource Alignment: Work closely with business unit leaders for BIM and setup support—your team will not be expected to manage these aspects, allowing them to focus on core engineering and design.
Project Management & Technical Oversight: Act as both Project Manager and Engineer-of-Record on your projects. Coordinate with business unit electrical leaders to supplement team resources as project needs evolve. Lead technical and non-technical training for your team. Provide technical oversight for electrical discipline on all projects on which your team is working. Act as lead electrical engineer for selected projects as required based on project scale and team workload.
Strategic Integration: Play a key role in connecting and strengthening our mission critical MEP offerings across the Rocky Mountain region, collaborating with counterparts in other disciplines and offices to deliver integrated solutions.
Electrical Discipline Leadership: Serve as a primary leader for the Rocky Mountain Electrical team, with a focus on building and leading a dedicated team based in Colorado and Salt Lake City. You’ll lead technical delivery for clients with a primary emphasis on the mission critical market sector including healthcare facilities and data centers. You’ll participate in the strategy and growth of the market sector with the regional leadership team.
