Learn how to interpret safety requirements for each subcontractor's scope of work subcontracted to the project.
Implement the project-specific Quality Control (QC) Plan and demonstrate an understanding of associated risks.
Assist the PE, PM, & Superintendent in developing meeting agendas and minutes.
Understand the importance of Daily Construction Reports (DCR) and review them for accuracy.
Learn basic scheduling and assist with assembling the Long Lead Matrix; understand how the document coordinates with the Submittal Log and Project Schedule Required on Job (ROJ) dates.

Seeking bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field related field, or equivalent experience
Vision: Visual acuity in near, mid, and far range. Color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, hand/eye coordination
Lift/Carry: Up to 40lbs
Hearing: Sufficient to hear conversational levels in person and over the telephone and radio; sufficient to hear alarms on equipment
Hands/Arms: Constant use of hands/fingers for mouse/keyboard/computer use
Understand the importance of safety preplanning in all phases of the project with project staff.
Learn the basics of GSTEPS; know Step 1 "owner's definition of success" on the project.
Ability to learn and adapt to technology platforms
Speech: Sufficient to make oneself heard in person, speak in front of groups, and be understood over the telephone and radio
