Mentor, manage, and scale a high-performing sales team with a focus on account management, territory development, and customer success.
Accountable for all financial metrics, revenue, GP, expenses, and EBIT targets.
Resolve issues from customers, vendors, and other departments promptly, as needed for appropriate resolution.
Maintain and strengthen current customer relationships while developing new opportunities.
Develop, implement, and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability.
Leverage sales analytics and customer insights to drive strategic initiatives.

Requires close vision with computer and paperwork, distant and peripheral vision for driving and product selection, and depth perception for safety in warehouse and building.

Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Demonstrated track record of revenue growth and sales performance.
Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools and sales management software.
Strong analytical skills and experience with sales performance metrics.
Ten or more years of experience in a senior sales leadership role.
The ability to analyze data, understand financial reporting, and utilize calculations to make informed decisions.
Ability to sit for an extended period of time.
