As a Studio Design Leader, you will lead and collaborate on all aspects of the design process, ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, and schedules. You will be engaged in multiple projects at various development phases, fostering innovation and responsiveness to client objectives, and overseeing design excellence, value, and recognition within K-12 and higher‑education sectors.
The position is titled Senior Architectural Designer and involves developing designs from conception through design development, preparing construction documents and specifications, coordinating teams, and supporting construction administration for various project types and sizes. As part of integrated design teams, you create buildings that elevate the human experience through design.
