Description

The role is responsible for leading a mixed team of supervisors and processors, ensuring that all financial processes align with business goals and meet performance standards. It includes overseeing reporting, quality assurance, and fostering a productive work environment.

• Manage a team of BPO supervisors and processors across accounts payable, collections, and sales.
• Provide timely reporting of data, MIS, and related metrics.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure high‑accuracy, timely deliverables.
• Resolve quality‑control issues in problem queues.
• Meet or exceed individual productivity requirements.
• Implement and maintain standard procedures.
• Mentor the team to drive performance and motivation.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with the training function.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members.
• Train and onboard new hires to align with company standards and culture.
• Maintain professional communication with internal customers.

Requirements

A Team Lead level position which requires management of a direct and indirect team of 25-50 professionals.

Applicants should possess a relevant accredited bachelor's degree or a high school diploma/GED with four years of related experience, combined with extensive background in audit, accounts, and finance, and demonstrated leadership capabilities of at least two years.

The position involves frequent repetitive motions, eye/hand/foot coordination, and constant sitting, talking, and hearing, performed in a professional office setting using standard equipment.
