The Frontline Seller role focuses on managing and growing medium‑to‑large customer accounts across an assigned geography, delivering technically complex solutions or a broad portfolio of products and services. The position involves building strong relationships with director‑level stakeholders, understanding their strategic needs, and tailoring solutions while having flexibility to adjust pricing within defined parameters.
Successful candidates will collaborate with internal technical, product, and finance teams to ensure comprehensive solutions, maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems, and consistently achieve or exceed high sales targets. Ongoing support and service are essential to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long‑term growth.
The role requires a university degree or equivalent experience and at least six years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technical or solution‑based environments. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of managing complex sales cycles, strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills, and proficiency with CRM and sales reporting tools.
