The National Accounts Coordinator III supports National Account Specialists, retail customers, and internal partners by preparing purchase orders, submitting billing, and creating service routes.
Key responsibilities include building service routes for retail technicians, updating supply logs, responding to customer and technician inquiries, assisting with reporting, and providing on‑call support.
- Prepare purchase orders and work orders for intercompany and customer‑requested supplies and services.
- Build and update service routes for retail technicians using company software.
- Enter service dates, update supply logs, and assemble weekly retail service routing.
- Respond to retail customer inquiries and resolve technician and customer concerns.
- Assist National Account Specialists with customer reporting and on‑call support.
- Review and submit billing for retail customers.
- Collaborate with National Account Managers to service retail accounts.
- Provide cross‑departmental support for customer and technician needs.
- Offer health care and dependent care spending accounts.
- Offer Employee and Family Assistance Program (EAP).
- Provide an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).

Candidates must have 4–7 years of experience with purchase orders, billing, and route creation, strong communication and problem‑solving abilities, and proficiency in MS Excel, Microsoft Office, Zendesk, and Salesforce. Preferred qualifications include waste‑industry knowledge, EQAI/COR2 experience, and familiarity with RCRA and DOT/HAZMAT regulations.
- Communicate effectively and solve problems within a team environment.
- Manage multiple tasks with strong MS Excel, Microsoft Office, and phone skills.
- Utilize Zendesk, Salesforce, and other IT systems; quickly learn new ticketing portals.
- Apply knowledge of waste‑industry regulations (RCRA, DOT/HAZMAT) – preferred.
- Leverage experience with EQAI, COR2, and high‑volume corporate environments – preferred.
